Parent Education Webinar: Re-Emergence: How to Ease Back in to Family Life after the Pandemic

Las Madres members are invited to attend a parent education series consisting of three workshops that will discuss the transition of families getting back to a “New Normal '', ad well as how to help prepare children for this change.
Workshop 3: Re-Emergence: How to Ease Back in to Family Life after the Pandemic
Presenter: Kiran Gaind, Parent Educator, Parents Place
Description:
We will discuss:
a. Children getting ready for school in the morning and getting to school on time
b. Parents/guardians helping children get ready for school/ preparing lunches/getting the kids out the door
c. What strategies could help parents/guardians, as well as children, prepare for these changes

This series is hosted and sponsored by the Stanford WorkLife Office and all presenters are parent educators from Parents Place.
Workshop 1: Thursday, July 22, from 3:00pm– 4:30pm:
Helping Parents and Children Cope with Anxiety as the World Reopens
Workshop 2: Wednesday, August 4 from 3:00pm – 4:30pm:
Mindful Technology - Weaning Ourselves off Screens and Getting Back to Pre-Pandemic Interactions
Each workshop is a stand-alone presentation, so it is not necessary to attend all three events should you not be able to make all of them.
