School SPONSORS REgistration Information
Below are the different levels of sponsorship and what they entitle you to. Click on the registration link for the level you want, complete the form, make your payment, and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.
PLATINUM SPONSORS ($1000)
You will receive:
- A 12-foot table at the event in the most visible location of the room
- Flyer with your school's information (provided by you) included in attendees welcome packet
- Large logo, detailed school description, and link to your website on our Education Fair Sponsors webpage
- Two online ads (provided by you) directed to our Las Madres members on our internal communication platform, and on our Facebook and Instagram pages on any dates of your choice in 2027.
- Inclusion in the Schools Information Sheet in attendees welcome packet
2027 Preschool Fair Platinum Sponsor Form (Opens on October 12th)
GOLD SPONSORS ($500)
You will receive:
- An 8-foot table at the event in the most visible locations
- Medium logo and special sponsorship acknowledgement with other Gold Sponsor Schools in attendees welcome packet.
- Medium logo, short school description, and link to your website on our Education Fair Sponsors webpage
- Group ad with other Gold Sponsor schools directed to our Las Madres members on our internal communication platform and on our Facebook and Instagram pages before the event.
- Inclusion in the Schools Information Sheet in attendees welcome packet
2027 Preschool Fair Gold Sponsor Form (Opens on October 12th)
REGULAR Participant ($250)
You will receive:
- A 6-foot table at the event (half of a 12-foot table shared with another school)
- Small logo and link to your website on our Education Fair Sponsors webpage
- Inclusion in the Schools Information Sheet in attendees welcome packet
2027 Preschool Fair Regular Sponsor Form (Opens on October 12th)
Non-School Sponsors ($250)
For organizations that are not schools, but offer services, products, or activities for children and families.
You will receive:
- A 6-foot table at the event (half of a 12-foot table shared with another school or non-school sponsor)
- Small logo and link to your website on our Education Fair Sponsors webpage
- Special sponsorship acknowledgement in attendees welcome packet
