Connect with the local community to advertise your program and reach out to parents looking to enroll their children in preschool.

 

 

Date: Tuesday, November 12th, 2024, 5.30pm to 7.30pm

Location: Orchard City Banquet Hall, Campbell Community Center, 1 West Campbell Avenue, Campbell, CA 95008

 

School SPONSORS REgistration Information

 

Below are the different levels of sponsorship and what they entitle you to. Click on the registration link for the level you want, complete the form, make your payment, and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.

 

PLATINUM SPONSORS ($1000)

You will receive:

• Choice of table prior to the event
• Flyer with your school's information (provided by you) included in attendees welcome packet
• Inclusion in the Schools Information Sheet in attendees welcome packet
• Large logo and link to your website on our Education Fair Sponsors webpage
• Large logo and special acknowledgement in attendees welcome packet. 
  
• Two ads spaced several months apart (graphic provided by you) directed to our Las Madres members on our communication platform, Workplace, and on our Facebook and Instagram pages.
  

2024 Education Fair Platinum Sponsorship Form (Opens on September 1st)

GOLD SPONSORS ($500)

You will receive:

• A central table at the fair (may have to share a table with another school)
• Inclusion in the Schools Information Sheet in attendees welcome packet
• Group ad with other Gold Sponsor schools directed to our Las Madres members on our communication platform, Workplace   
• Group ad with other Gold Sponsor schools directed to our Facebook page and Instagram
• Medium logo and link to your website on our Education Fair Sponsors webpage
• Medium logo and special sponsorship acknowledgement in attendees welcome packet

2024 Education Fair Gold Sponsorship Form (Opens on September 1st)

REGULAR Participant ($250)

You will receive:

• A shared table at the fair (most tables are 8 or 12 foot banquet tables)
• Inclusion in the Schools Information Sheet in attendees welcome packet
• Listing and link to your website on our Education Fair Sponsors webpage

Non-School Sponsors

 

If you are not a school but want to sponsor the event, we have the following options available to you.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE SPONSOR ($250)

You will receive:

• Signage displayed at the event
• Small logo in event program
• Small logo and link to your website on our Education Fair Sponsors webpage
• Special sponsorship acknowledgement in attendees welcome packet
