Self Care Saturday: Virtual Tabata Workout Class

It's time to do something for yourself! Here's a bit about what you can expect:
Inspire by Sharilyn is a full body, virtual 40 minute workout. I use a Tabata style format which is 20 seconds on and 10 seconds off for each exercise. I offer modifications for every movement so all levels are welcome.
A majority of my clients are moms, so having kids join in on the fun or even just hanging out in the background is absolutely welcomed; we love to see the whole family get involved!
For this event we will be doing body weight only exercises, so no need to bring weights. You should have water and a mat or carpeted area for any floor work.
