Self Care Saturday: Gentle Yoga

It’s time for some self-care for YOU! Take an hour for yourself, you deserve it. Breathe in the relaxation.
Class description:
Suitable for all levels, this class will be an alignment based Hatha Flow that will allow you to adjust every pose to your personal needs. This class is also described as “gentle” and good for those who may have never tried yoga before. The class will be tailored to be practiced safely at home with or without props.
Note: This is not a prenatal yoga class.
Supplies you can have on hand if available: Yoga mat, cushions/pillows, and a blanket. Those who have additional props like yoga blocks are welcome to have them handy if needed.
Register: This is a members only event, register via the event in Workplace.
The Instructor:
Lorena is an Experienced Yoga Teacher and Trainer who has worked with pregnant and postpartum mamas for over a decade in the Bay Area. She leads classes, workshops, teacher trainings and international family yoga retreats. She recently became a Functional Nutritionist specializing in woman’s health to better serve her clients with complete wellness plans.
