We held a back to school backpack drive for Kinship Adoptive and Foster Parenting Association. We collected for middle school and high school kids. All our Playgroups got involved, parents and kids! Helping by getting supplies, assembling the bags and dropping them off. Together we collected: 72 backpacks, 21 calculators, 121 rulers, 128 packs of colored pencils, 94 packs of crayons, 249 highlighters (mainly in packs of 4), 630 pens (mainly in packs of 10), 961 pencils (variety in type and quantities per pack), 220 erasers (mainly in packs of 2), 158 glue sticks, 152 notebooks, 52 packs of paper, 30 binders, 23 sets of dividers
