Connect with the local community to advertise your program and reach out to parents looking to enroll their children in preschool.

 

 

Date: Wednesday, November 5th, 2025, 6:00pm to 8:00pm

Location: Orchard City Banquet Hall, Campbell Community Center, 1 West Campbell Avenue, Campbell, CA 95008

 

School SPONSORS REgistration Information

 

Below are the different levels of sponsorship and what they entitle you to. Click on the registration link for the level you want, complete the form, make your payment, and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.

 

PLATINUM SPONSORS ($1000)

You will receive:

• Large (12 foot) table near the event entrance in a high traffic area.
• Flyer (provided by you) with your school's information included in attendees welcome packet.
• Inclusion in the Schools Information Sheet in attendees welcome packet.
• Large logo, full school description, and link to your website at the top of the Education Fair Sponsors webpage.
• Large logo and special acknowledgement in attendees welcome packet. 
  
• Two individual advertisements sent at the timing of your choosing to all our Las Madres members via our communication platform, MetaFox (graphic provided by you).
• Two individual advertisements sent at the timing of your choosing on our Facebook and Instagram pages (graphic provided by you).
  

2025 Education Fair Platinum Sponsorship Form (Opens on September 12th)

GOLD SPONSORS ($500)

You will receive:

• Medium (8 foot) table centrally located at the event
• Inclusion in the Schools Information Sheet in attendees welcome packet
• Group advertisement with other Gold Sponsor schools to our Las Madres members via our communication platform, MetaFox.  
• Group advertisement with other Gold Sponsor schools on our Facebook page and Instagram.
• Medium logo, short school description, and link to your website on our Education Fair Sponsors webpage
• Medium logo and special sponsorship acknowledgement in attendees welcome packet

2025 Education Fair Gold Sponsorship Form (Opens on September 12th)

REGULAR Participant ($250)

You will receive:

• Small (6 foot) table at the event (likely sharing a 12 foot table with another school)
• Inclusion in the Schools Information Sheet in attendees welcome packet
• Medium logo and link to your website on our Education Fair Sponsors webpage

2025 Education Fair Regular Table Form (Opens on September 12th)

Non-School Sponsors

If you are not a school, but want to sponsor the event, we have the following option available to you.

 

FOOD AND BEVERAGE SPONSOR ($250)

You will receive:

• Signage displayed at the event (provided by you) 
• Small logo in event program
• Small logo and link to your website on our Education Fair Sponsors webpage
• Special sponsorship acknowledgement in attendees welcome packet
