Self Care Saturday: Power Zumba

Get your dance on with this unique Power Zumba workout! Join our very own Shelley McGee, a Zumba instructor, in this one of a kind mashup.

Register: This is a members only, register via the event in Workplace.
The workout will begin with a 25 minute Sprk (TM) strength training Demo followed by 45 minutes of Zumba cardio dance and 15 minutes of cool down and stretching. For more information on Sprk, check out https://www.sprkfit.com/
