Ooh La La...A Day at the Spa

Las Madres Neighborhood Playgroups invite you to partner with us as a guest dining Table Sponsor for our upcoming event, Ooh La La...A Day at the Spa. You would be sponsoring one of the tables that guests will sit at during the Luncheon. You would not be at the Luncheon yourself. We have two levels of Table Sponsorship:
SILVER LEVEL
• In-kind product donation to a value of $250 (for 10 goodie bags) no coupons please!
Benefits include:
• Signage at the table you are sponsoring
• Listing in the event program which will be given to each guest
• Listing in the slide show at the event
• Listing and link for one year on the Las Madres web site
GOLD LEVEL
• $100 donation plus an in-kind product donation to a value of $250 (for 10 goodie bags) no coupons please!
Benefits include:
• Signage at the table you are sponsoring
• Ad in the event program which will be given to each guest
• Logo in the slide show at the event
• Listing and link for one year on the Las Madres web site
Our members especially appreciate products that are fun and useful for ladies, families or children. You’re the sole advertiser and would be the only one providing the product to be included in the goodie bags for the 10 members sitting at the table you sponsor. You are also welcome to include promotional materials for each member sitting at your table. Las Madres is a 501(c)3 non-profit public benefit organization for the support and education of young children and their caregivers. A tax receipt will be mailed to you after we confirm your donation.

The Annual Las Madres Luncheon is our signature event. It is a Mom's Day Out held each spring, and our only member-wide event. The Luncheon is the official kick-off event for the incoming Club. In the Spring of 2010, we will welcome in the newest members to our organization, the moms with babies born in 2009. The Luncheon also serves as our annual volunteer recognition event. We'll pay tribute to the ongoing efforts of our tireless volunteers, and present awards to specific members for their outstanding service to the Las Madres community.
The Luncheon will be marketed to our 1800+ membership. Over 300 moms attend the event annually.
