Partnership Guidelines

We are pleased you are interested in partnering with us.  Below are our partnering guidelines and media kit.

Las Madres Media Kit

From this section you can download the Las Madres Media Kit

Las Madres’ guidelines for partnering within our membership.

  • We do not offer paid advertising on our website in the form of buttons or banners, via stand alone member-wide email broadcasts, via our monthly email newsletter, our online forums, or via our playgroups' Shutterfly groups. This includes fundraising events benefiting other non-profit groups or charities, unless it is an event officially supported by a Club or the Executive Board.

  • Las Madres members are not permitted to post solicitations and advertising via the Shutterfly groups, or use member’s email addresses from the Playgroup, Club or Executive committee rosters to advertise their businesses. They must post to the online forums as per the terms of usage (members, please see Forums for more information). This includes fundraising events benefiting other non-profit groups or charities, unless it is an event officially supported by a Club or the Executive Board.
  • Las Madres is a non-partisan non-profit organization. We do not permit political or religious advertising, position statements or advertising.

  • We do not work with medical device or baby product manufacturing companies or individuals producing "future products" seeking to test their products for liability reasons. This includes the conducting of focus groups or studies of any kind, including medical studies.

  • Schools or daycare centers wishing to highlight their open houses or enrollment periods, school information, may participate in our paid advertising and sponsorship opportunities or Vendor Discount Program.

Discount shopping days are permitted only if Las Madres benefits in the following ways:

  • That the vendor offers a discount of at least 25% off all merchandise OR that the shopping day be a fundraiser, with the vendor donating at least 10% of the profits from the sale back to Las Madres.

  • That the shopping days be recruiting events for Las Madres, with members being permitted to “bring a friend”, i.e. another mom with children aged 0 – 5 years, or a mom expecting a baby, who is not currently a member but may be interested in joining. The vendor must permit the Las Madres recruiting team to hand out information to shoppers about membership to our organization.

  • Discount shopping days will be posted on our Community Calendar and will have one announcement included in our monthly email newsletter. Club Presidents may also forward the information to their playgroup officers at their discretion.

If you are interested in partnering with Las Madres for a fundraising event please contact our Fundraising Coordinator at FundraisingCoord@lasmadres.org.
